Rose Gold Wedding Bands

My wife has a gold wedding band that was cast from melted down gold dental bridgework and her finger joints have enlarged until she cannot wear it.Where and how can this be remedied? There are no reputable jewelry stores within one hundred fifty miles of where we live.
I’m not sure about them not all being crooks! besides we live a long, long way from any good jewelers!

I found a platinum and gold wedding band some years back and thought I would try to sell it. The only problem is that I have been trying to check online if pawnshops will buy an "engraved" ring and can find no information. Obviously the ring isn’t mine and the engraving just says the names of two people and a date. Will the pawn shop still buy it even though the ring is clearly not mine?

In 6 months my body dissolves the gold on my wedding ring so thin it needs fixed, how can I stop my body from being so acidic against gold? What about the metal used in pins, and rods used in surgery. Will they dissolve also?

Hi, i have a 18ct engagement ring (yellow gold) and am due to marry next yr, my nan has offered me my great nans wedding band which as far as i know is 9ct, is it true the 9ct will ruin my engagement ring as its harder than 18ct?

It turns out im allergic to my white gold wedding band-i think its the nickle in it. My engagement ring is platinum and hasnt caused any reaction but I got an awful irritation after I started wearing my wedding band.
Either that or im allergic to marriage!!

Is it best to just give up on the hunt for the lost gold and buy a new wedding ring?

i inherited a gold wedding band from my grandmother recently, and i wanted to decipher its markings. So far i have found out how old it is, what caret it is and the assay office. however i cant find any Reference to the makers mark anywhere which is a W.M in a rectangular box. can anyone help me or direct me to a list of makers marks ?

My husband has a 3mm and I’ve got a 4mm wedding band. Do both bands have the same amount of gold in them?
My ring is 4mm and his is 3mm. Both are 10K. Will both have the same amount of gold?

ok so i found a 10k white gold 5mm band at wal mart for 58 bucks… however pretty much all the other stores ive looked at the normal price is 160 and up.. should i grab the one from wal mart or are they not real gold or what?? thats just an awful big price difference makes me doubt the ring

My Aunty has asked me if I would like my late nan’s wedding band which I am really honoured to be offered. I would love to wear her wedding band (getting married next year) but have heard it is bad luck to wear two different coulours of gold for your engagement and wedding band, what are people’s thoughts?

Yeah, I did do that. They are in the 0 range. I was hoping someone knew of something a lot cheaper. Otherwise I will never get them.
We were going to divorce, but then decided to give it one last try. Many things have changed for the better. My husband has done a lot of changing.
